By accessing or using DreamHub AICMS ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms. The Platform is intended for lawful creation, management, and deployment of digital assets. You agree to use AICMS in a manner consistent with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API keys, and any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Content produced by AICMS — including websites, text, images, videos and code — is generated by third-party AI models. While we strive for quality and accuracy, AI output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended resemblances. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before publication or commercial use.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not use AICMS to create, host, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, discriminatory, infringing on intellectual property, or otherwise violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you create using AICMS, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers. The AICMS platform, interface, and proprietary systems remain the property of DreamHub Studios.
6. Fees & Payments
AICMS operates on a usage-based model. Costs are displayed in your dashboard and may vary based on AI model selection. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
7. Liability Limitations
AICMS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamHub Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
